Twin Tigers Academy of Self Defense is committed to providing the communities in and around Brentwood with excellent classes and after school programs. Sifu Heber (Bear) Carrillo has over 30 years of training and teaching experience. Twin Tigers Academy of Self Defense is 21 years old founded in 2005, family-owned, and we genuinely care about each student who walks through our doors. We teach children ages 4 and up, as well as adults. Twin Tigers Academy of Self Defense teaches the Shaolin Kempo system of martial arts, blended with a variety of useful techniques borrowed from other systems. When you begin learning our style, you'll see moves, forms and methods pulled from: Northern Hung Gar, Southern Hung Gar, Eskrima, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Jujitsu, and Wing Chun. Our dojo continues to grow to this very day. We are the longest lasting Martial Arts school in Brentwood. Our motto is "Building Self Confidence Through Self Defense." We continue by those very words today.
